iterations affect the intensity of the deepdream on the video
higher iterations create more depth in the deepdream
and also are more flickery
a too low iteration count makes the effect fade out because not enough extra iterations are applied per frame
(this can be fixed with other settings too)

OCTAVES
octaves affect the size and intesity of the deepdream on the video
the octaves setting is also a setting that overlaps different takes of the effect so the higher the octaves the more variety there will be but it will also make the composition more unrecognizable
higher octaves make the deepdream effects bigger and more intense
a low octave count makes the effect smaller so you have more original details but also less intense
(this can be fixed with other settings too)
